Electrical nebulizer for disinfenctant - 5 L
ES
Product description
Spraying / atomizing device for medium size areas and
volume. the machine consumes little electrical power
during its work. In addition, due to its high efficiency, it
allows the spraying of one hundred square meters in just
ten minutes. The droplet size and spray distance can be
adjusted. Its field of application is very large, obtaining
good results in almost all environments and
circumstances. Its handling is safe.
Basic principles of operation
A high-powered motor moves the fan blades to generate
a high-speed, high-flow airflow. At the same time, the
motor increases the pressure in the tank which has the
disinfectant solution and pushes it towards a nozzle
designed to inject the liquid into the center of the air
stream. The combined effect of air and liquid injector
produces a Venturi effect that atomizes the disinfectant
into fine droplets that are dispersed by the air jet over a
long distance.
Important information
1.
Before starting up the machine, check that the supply
voltage is 230 V, 50 Hz. Also make sure that the
intake air filter is in its housing and it is not clogged.
If the air filter is wet, wait until it dries before turning
on the machine.
2.
Do not overfill the tank with sanitizing solution. Stay
below the Max level line. The tank capacity is 5 L.
Avoid overflows.
3.
To ensure that the spraying effect is optimal, the
motor speed must be constant. In case the spray
distance is too close, adjust the jet launch distance
control valve.
4.
Only water-soluble liquids can be used. To keep the
air filter clean, make sure that the liquid to be
nebulized is free of impurities.
5.
Turn off the appliance when any of the following
circumstances occur: the machine is exposed to rain
or gets wet; the engine stopped working; abnormal
noises in the engine; disinfectant solution leak; the
engine fails to start; and / or other potentially
dangerous situations.
6.
During the use of the device, you must wear a
disposable protective suit and a mask for the eyes
and respiratory system
. Consult the sanitizer
solution manufacturer's recommendations for safety
measures.
7.
After using the appliance, wipe off with water any
residual solution splashes. The tank must be cleaned
of residual disinfectant solution strictly following the
instructions of the manufacturer of the disinfectant
product. Finally, turn on the machine and empty the
residual clean water that remains in the tank. The
machine must be completely dry and without
disinfectant product. The place of storage of the
appliance must avoid any exposure to humidity, the
sun, shock and be out of the reach of children.
8.
Never plug in or unplug the appliance with wet
hands. The machine should not be stored near
flammable, explosive products or high temperature
places. Do not pull the power cord with force to
unplug it from the mains.
Instructions for use
1.
Fill the tank with the already mixed sanitizing
solution and then close the cap.
Important:
A. Do not immerse the level control valve inside the
tank.
B. Do not overfill the tank. The maximum volume is
5 liters. Exceeding it can damage the motor.
C. Carry out the filling operations with the machine
unplugged.
2.
Plug the appliance into the mains. All machines are
equipped with electrical leakage protector. Before
starting to operate the appliance, it is recommended
to check the operation of this safety device. To do
this, you must press the test button and verify that it
disconnects from the mains automatically. If it
works properly, press the reset button. You can then
start using the machine
3.
Actuate the machine's power switch to start it.
4.
You can adjust the droplet size using the rotary knob
on the spray gun.
5.
Place the device on your shoulder on the strap and
begin to spread the disinfectant cloud by directing
the spray cannon towards the target spaces as you
walk. Avoid directing it towards people, animals or
sensitive areas. Also, do not mist areas where there
is electrical activity (electrical panels, cables, etc.).
6.
After using the appliance, clean the residual solution
as specified in the section “
important aspects
”.
Cleaning and maintenance work must always be
carried out with the appliance switched off.
