Usage: 

1. After connecting to the PanoCam via Wi-Fi open the  

    “ElfEyes” application. 

2. Then click on the “+” button at the bottom of the page.

3. A few options will appear. Please select “Connect Camera” 

    to add your camera.

4. The camera will now be connected to the mobile and you 

     can start Recording videos and Capture pictures.

Modes:

The PanoCam 360 can be used is 5 different modes. 

a.  VR Mode[icon]: The Panocam can be used with certain 

        VR boxes and VR Glasses to play 3D videos.

b.  Panorama Unroll[icon]: With this mode panoramic 360° 

       images and videos can be recorded and viewed. You can 

       zoom in and out and change the view on the picture or 

       video.

c.    Asteroid[icon]: In this mode a 360° image is converted 

       into a panoramic photo.

d.   Picture in Picture[icon]: Here the view of both front and 

       back lenses can be seen simultaneously in 360°.

e.    Gyro[icon]: In this mode, place the camera on a desired 

       location. Click the gyro icon. The mobile phones is used 

       to view the feed from the camera. As the mobile is moved  

       the image will change according to where the mobile is 

       pointed to. 

Maintenance:

1) Do not let the get wet or leave it in very humid places. 

2) Avoid leaving the unit in direct sunlight for extended 

     periods of time.

3) Carefully insert and remove cables and microSD cards as 

     not to damage the connectors

4) Avoid dropping the unit as this can damage the internal 

     parts of the Cam

5) Avoid scratching the lens. If the lens is dirty, please clean 

     with camera lens cleaner only. Other cleaning agents may 

    damage the lens permanently and cause reduced image 

    quality.

6) To clean unit (expect Lens) use a damp lint free cloth to 

     wipe unit with. Do not use chemicals to clean this product.

7) Never put the Cam down so the lens is touching a flat hard 

     surface. This can scratch and damage the lens.

8) Retain these instructions for future use.

9) Clean the product with a damp cloth and mild soap.

FAQ:

Q) My PanoCam 360 does not turn on.

A) Please ensure that the Cam’s battery is fully charge before 

     operation the device.

Q) The photos do not show up on my phone. 

A) Ensure the Wi-Fi is connected your phone.

Q) The pictures are blurred.

A) Clean the lens with special cleaner. If the lens is dirty the 

     pictures will be out of focus.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Merlin Products are covered by a limited one-year 

warranty policy. If the product suffers from a 

manufacturing defect, the customer will receive a 

replacement if claimed within 15 days of the purchase 

date. Otherwise, the product will be inspected for 

possible repair options. The product will either be 

repaired and returned free of charge, or replaced. All 

repair services past the one-year warranty period will 

be charged for any repairs that need to be made.

If the client is located outside the UAE, or is otherwise 

unable to personally deliver the defective product to 

our service center or retail outlets, he/she may send it 

via post at his/her own cost. The repaired/replaced 

product will then be returned to the client via courier 

mail at Merlin’s cost, as long as the warranty period is 

still active.

Important: This limited warranty DOES NOT COVER 

normal wear and tear, accidents, damage during 

transit, misuse, abuse or neglect. Attempting to 

disassemble the unit will render the warranty null and 

void.
