To upgrade the router's firmware, follow the steps below:
1.
Download the latest firmware upgrade file from our website (www.mercusys.com).
2.
Click
Browse
to locate and select the downloaded firmware file.
3.
Click
Upgrade
.
4.
The router will reboot automatically after the upgrade.

Factory Default Restore
Go to
System Tools→Factory Default Restore
, and then and you can restore the
configurations of the router to factory defaults.
Click
Restore
to reset all configuration settings to their default values.

Backup & Restore
Go to
System Tools→Backup & Restore
, and then you can save the current configuration of
the router as a backup file and restore the configuration via a backup.
NOTE:
All your custom settings will be lost when defaults are restored.

To avoid any damage, it is important to keep router powered on during the entire process.
