Changing Engine Oil
NOTICE
Discharge of oil, coolant, or other engine/drive fluids into the environment is
restricted by law. Use caution not to spill oil, coolant, or other fluids into the
environment when using or servicing your boat. Be aware of the local
restrictions governing the disposal or recycling of waste, and contain and
dispose of fluids as required.
ENGINE OIL CAPACITY
The engine oil capacity is approximately 450 ml (15 fl oz).
OIL CHANGING PROCEDURE
1. Place the outboard in an upright (not tilted) position.
2. Turn the outboard to gain access to the drain plug. Remove the drain plug
and drain the engine oil into an appropriate container. Lubricate the seal
on the drain plug with oil and install.
