Assembly instructions
1. Place the metal sides 2 on the floor next to each other about the length of the wooden
slats.
2. Place the two connecting rods 3 in the inner part of one side part and lightly screw with
screw 9 - do not tighten. Then place it on the other side and fasten with screw 9, do not
tighten.
3. Insert five wooden slats 1 of the seat into the lower part of the sides with the painted side
up. Place the bar with the rounded edge first.
4. Screw the slats to the sides with long self-tapping screws. 7 Always point the hole in the
side to the center of the slats beforehand.
5. Insert four wooden slats 1 for backrest part into the upper part of the side panels with the
painted side facing upwards - thread the slats at an angle and slide them into the side
panels. Lastly, place the bar with the rounded edge.
6. Screw the slats to the sides with long self-tapping screws. 7.Always point the hole in the
side to the center of the slats beforehand.
7. Tighten the screws 9 to the connecting rods 3.
8. Turn the assembled bench upside down and, for the Zala Extra 150 bench, screw the metal
reinforcement 4 to the center of the seating surface with short self-tapping screws 8 in
turn, and screw the metal reinforcement 5 to the center of the backrest part.
9. For the Zala Extra 180 bench, attach L-shaped reinforcement 6 to the center of the seat
and support surface and screw it to the backrest with short self-tapping screws 8. If you
want to fix the bench to a solid surface, use the fix bolts 10 and attach them to the cut-outs
in the legs of the bench.
