GENERAL INFORMATION
NOTE: This manual contains important safety and installation/operation instructions. Require all operators to read
this material before using this unit. Failure to follow the instructions contained in this manual may cause injury,
damage to the unit, and will void the warranty.
The Merco Savory Thermal Shelf, Model TS, is designed for counter-top applications. The aluminum and stainless
steel construction provides durability, even heat transfer and easy cleaning. The adjustable infinite control allows
for settings for a wide variety of products.
INSTALLATION
1. Check the specification data plate located on the bottom for the model number, voltage and wattage.
2. Insure the electrical circuit used to supply electricity to the unit has the same voltage rating, as indicated on the
data plate and sufficient amperage rating.
3. Be sure to match the receptacle to the plug on the unit.
4. Place on flat surface.
5. Plug cordset into outlet.
OPERATION
1. Make sure unit is plugged into appropriate outlet.
2. Turn on Infinite Control, Pilot Light will illuminate indicating heat is on.
CLEANING
1. Aluminum and Stainless Steel – perform daily cleaning using only a mild non-abrasive cleanser, applied with a
soft cloth or sponge.
