**Do NOT fix to the base 

framing until the Roof is

Fix the Eaves Frames 

(No. 9)

 to the long-

est side of the Roof OSB 

(No. 5) 

with 

4x30mm screws per Eaves frame.  

Fix eaves frame 

(No. 34)

 to shortest side 

of Roof OSB 

(No. 28) 

with 2x30mm 

screws per Eaves frame

 

. Repeat the 

process to create both sides of the roof.

**Ensure you fix the eaves frame to the 

roof before you place the roof on the 

building.

**Do NOT fix to the base framing 

until the Roof is secured**

12x30mm screws. 

Step 11a

Place the assembled roof panels 

onto the building as shown in

the illustration.

Fix into place using 14x30mm

screws per side, ensuring the

roofs are flush with the top of

the truss and gables.

*The roof panels should be level

with the back of the building

leaving an overhang over the

front.

Place Roof Truss Block A 

(No. 32) 

under the 

top framing of Plain side 

(No. 2)

.  Measure 

400mm from the edge of the roof truss blocks

to the back wall framing.  Fix the block by 

screwing through from the outside of the 

panel with a 30mm screw. 

Then Place Roof Truss Block B 

(No. 33)

 to 

have the bottom flush with the bottom of 

Roof Truss Block A 

(No. 32)

.  Fix to the plain 

side using 2x50mm screws.

**Do NOT fix to the base framing until the 

Roof is secured**
