Assembly of the Door Panel (

Place the Door Panel (
No. 2
) on a flat level
surface and place the Door (
No. 8
) and
Garage Door (
No. 11
) as shown.
Fix the 3 Hinges (
No. 27
) to the Door
framing with 3x30mm black screws and
2 Hinges per Garage Door.
The door can be hung from either side
to suit your needs.
It is important that the doors are placed
central in the spaces provided.
Fix the Hinges to the Door panel
(
No. 2
) using 4x30mm black screws per
door hinge.

Place the Bunk Floor (

) onto the
horizontal framing of the Back Panel
(
No. 3
) and flush with the horizontal
framing of the Tall Window panel (
No. 5
).
Fix into position using 7x70mm screws as
shown.

against the sides of the Tall and Short
Window Panels (

). Fix with
6x50mm screws internally.
Do not secure the building to the
Floor until the Roof is fitted.

horizontal framing of the Door Panel

) as shown.
Fix into position using 3x70mm
screws as shown.
It is important that the Bunk Floor
(No.6) sits squarely upside on the
framing.
