Trailer stabilization
The new ESP
®
trailer stabilization function can, within
the physical limits, prevent "snaking" of a vehicle/
trailer combination in its incipient stage.
The sensors of the ESP register vibrations and can
initiate selective brake system interventions to stabi-
lize the vehicle/trailer.
