Important!
Bathroom scales with body fat measurement provide accurate measurements for most people, but are
not intended for the following groups:
Pregnant women/people under 18. Bathroom scales do not give precise analysis of these
individuals.
In BIA mode (bioelectrical impedance analysis) the proportion of body fat is measured by a
harmless signal being sent through the body.
NOTE
! Do not use the scales if you are fitted with a pacemaker or other internal medical device. Contact
your doctor if you are uncertain.
Err is shown on the display: the error is corrected by removing the batteries and then refitting them.

Read these instructions carefully before using it. The machine must only be used as it is intended
to be used in accordance with these instructions. Only use accessories recommended by the
manufacturer.

Place the scales on a stable
non-slip, dry and flat surface. Do not place the scales on a rug.
3.
Do not place the scales on a wet surface. Risk of personal injury.
4.
Always place the scales in the same place for correct readings. This ensures that the scales produce
consistent and accurate measurements.
5.
Always stand in the middle of the scales and not on the edges. Otherwise the scales can overturn –
risk of personal injury.
6.
Be aware of where you place your feet and take particular care when using the scales.
7.
Follow all the instructions on the labels and warning labels on the scales.
8.
Never use the appliance outdoors - risk of electric shock.
9.
Do not use the scales in areas where hazardous items are stored.
10.
Do not use the appliance if it does not work correctly.
11. Do not use the appliance if the metal plates (4 pcs.) above the glass plate are loose or do not rest
entirely against the glass.
12.
Do not use the appliance if it is unstable or vibrates when you stand on it.
13.
Do not use the scales if the appliance has cracks or hacks in the surface. Risk of personal injury.
14.
Do not use the appliance if it does not work normally, is damaged or has been exposed to water.
Return the appliance to an authorised service centre to be checked, repaired or adjusted.
15.
Do not dismantle the appliance. The product does not contain any parts that can be repaired by the
user.
16.

Do not jump up or down from the scales. Risk of personal injury.
18. Follow the instructions for battery management. Used batteries must be disposed of in accordance
with local regulations.
19. Do not remove batteries from the appliance, except when the batteries need to be replaced or the
scales are stored for a long time. The batteries are small and dangerous for small children who can
swallow them. Risk of personal injury.
20.
This is not a toy. Do not allow children to use or play with the appliance. Keep the appliance out of
the reach of children.
