INGREDIENTS
The fruit should be frozen for at least 12 hours.
The following fruit and berries work best.
• Strawberries, bilberries, blackberries, raspberries and cranberries.
• Bananas (freeze when well matured and peeled). Do not freeze unpeeled bananas.
• Honeydew melons, cantaloupes, watermelons.
• Pineapples (peeled, cored and cut into thin slices).
• Peaches, pears, apples and mangos.
Cut the fruit into small pieces. If different ingredients are used, add them alternately a few at once to ensure an
even mixture and smooth consistency.
NOTE: Do not use fruit that contains pips etc.
RECIPES
PEACH
Ingredients:
• 1 1/4 dl of frozen peaches
• 2/3 dl of frozen cantaloupe
• 2/3 dl of frozen cream
Instructions:
1.
Feed down the cantaloupe in the filler
tube.
2.
Add half of the cream.
3.
Add the peaches.
4.
Add the rest of the cream.
STRAWBERRY
Ingredients:
• 5 dl of frozen strawberries
• 1 1/4 dl of frozen cream
• 1 1/4 dl of milk ice cubes
Instructions:
1.
Feed down half of the strawberries in the
filler tube.
2.
Add the cream.
3.
Add the rest of the strawberries.
4.
Add the milk.
