Adhere to the following safety instructions before you connect the ME4:

Connecting Peripherals
Connect all peripheral devices needed for your system function.
Note: The tightening torque for mating connectors is given in the respective chapter in
Functional Description.

Installing Driver Software
For a detailed description on how to install driver software, please refer to the respective
documentation of the software package to be installed.
Works on the computer system may only be carried out by personnel
qualified for the specific task, who, based on their training and
experience, are able to identify risks and avoid potential hazards when
working with these products/systems.
To fulfill DIN EN 62368-1, connect the shield of the coaxial cable to
building earth in accordance with 6.2 g) and 6.2 l) of IEC 60728-11:2005,
if you connect external circuits to a coaxial cable.
