designed to hardening surface of electrical conductors (metals,
composite materials) for example

-tools made of high speed steel
-tools made of cold or hot working steel
-stainless steel
-steel before heat treatment
-titanium alloy
-alloys of coper, aluminium and others
Device is designed to create a hard coating including
significant number of tungsten carbides. This metod is called
ESD (Electro Spark Deposition).
Device can harden steel before or after heat treatment and
electrical conductors which are not steel.
The coathing can reach over 600HV. In order to achive more wear
resistant coating ask company for HARD electrode.
Device MELONDIZER mod. 1 is designed to achive coating with
high wear resistance using low voltage (48V) and power. Coating is
comparable to ones created in industry.
Seting up DREMEL ENGRAVER 290 do not change way of working
engraver. After work with MELONDIZER you can safely work with
DREMEL ENGRAVER 290.
Regulation of DREMEL ENGRAVEL 290 does not change thickness
of coating. However it changes smoothness of work.
Device MELONDIZER mod.1 allows to creat coating of thickens
under 5 micrometers on stainless steel.
