BEFORE USE
• Wash the ceramic bowl and
accessory in warm water with a little
detergent added.
• Dry the parts thoroughly before use.
USE
• Place the appliance on a hard, flat,
heatproof surface.
• Check that the ceramic bowl is
completely dry. A single drop of water
can ruin the chocolate.
• Lubricate the inside of the ceramic
bowl (2) using a little cooking oil.
• Fill the ceramic bowl with chocolate
suitable for melting. Tear, break or
cut the chocolate into small pieces so
that it melts more easily.
• Put the lid (1) on. Plug in.
• The indicator light (6) comes on and
the ceramic bowl is heated by the
heating element inside the appliance
(4).
• Monitor when the chocolate is melted
and ready to use. You can also add a
little cooking oil if you want to make
the chocolate thinner.
• Once the chocolate is ready, you can
use the appliance as a chocolate
fondue.
Place fruit, marshmallows, snacks or
cake on the fondue forks provided
and dip them briefly in the warm
chocolate. Lift the fork out and allow
the chocolate to cool and harden
before eating it.
• You can also make chocolate
pieces and confectionery using the
accessories provided.
• To obtain the best result, it is
recommended to add new unmelted
chocolate into the bowl, after each 20
minute use.
• You can stop the cooking process at
any time by removing the plug from
the socket.
• Before cleaning and storing the
appliance, make sure it has cooled
completely.
CLEANING
• Remove the plug from the socket.
• Allow the appliance to cool to around
30-40 degrees before cleaning it.
• Wash the ceramic bowl and the
other parts in warm water with a little
detergent added. Dry all the parts
thoroughly.
