SET-UP
The lid with the grill plate can be placed in
3 different positions:
• Closed for baking pizzas and warm-
ing paninis.
• 90° open when you want to place
food on the baking plate or remove
food from it.
• 180° open when you want to cook on
the grill plate.
Do as follows:
Open the lid to 90° so that it engages in
the locked position.
Lift the lid to disengage it from the locked
position.
Hold the lid firmly and lower it gently.
Open the lid fully so that the angle be-
tween the baking plate and the grill plate
is 180°.
