Safety measures must be taken to protect
the operator. As a result, the evaluation of
the influence must be made whilst taking
the actual conditions of use into account.
(All parts of the operating cycle must be
taken into account for this purpose. This
also includes the time in which the tool is
switched off and when it is switched on,
but running without load.)
5 – Using the stirrer
Mounting the stirrer axle and stirrer
Driven moving parts.
Risk of injury if switched on
unintentionally.
Disconnect the device from
the power supply.
Use the correct stirrer type suitable for
the consistency of the substances being
mixed.

Selecting the speed range
The speed range selection
switch is used to set whether
the stirrer is to operate at low
or high speed.

range for the substances being mixed:

Setting the speed controller
The speed controller is used to
set the required speeds within
the selected speed range.
Figure 5|4: Set the speed controller to the
minimum.
Connect
Make sure that the switchon button is
not pressed and locked in place.

power socket.
Switching on and stirring
Figure 5|6: Hold the stirrer with both
hands. Dip the stirrer fully into the
substances to be mixed.
Figure 5|7: To switch the stirrer on, press
the switchon button. The stirrer starts to
operate. Regulate the speed to a higher
value. Rule of thumb: The more liquid the
substance, the higher the speeds.
•
When stirring, keep the ventilation
slots open.
Jammed cooling air will
lead to overheating and damage the
motor.
•
Do not pull the stirrer out of the
substance when the motor is still
