7 – Installation and setting
Insert Abrasive Sheets
Switch off machine. Pull out the mains
plug. Release clamping fixtures (5) hold-
ing sanding sheet. Place sanding sheets
tightly over the sanding pad (6), making
certain that the holes (4) in pad and
patch line up. Fold over projecting paper
and clamp in place with the clamping
devices for sandings (Fig. 2).
Dust removal
The device has an integrated
dust extraction system. Plug the
supplied dust collection box (4)
into the dust extraction connection.
Preselecting the oscillation frequency
(Fig. 3)
The tool has an electronic control sys-
tem for preselection of the oscillation
frequency suitable for the material
concerned. To preselect the oscillation
frequency, turn the thumbwheel (8) to a
position between 1, lowest frequency,
– e.g. for light pre-sanding – and MAX,
highest frequency.
