Startup
Before turning on the DMW, allow it to warm up to room temperature before starting.
Make sure all dry/moist inserts are installed properly. Each chamber must have the inserts
installed in the same orientation.
Make sure the chamber front covers are installed.
Make sure food pans are installed. This provides for optimal efficiency and performance.
Plug the DMW into a 120V, 60Hz, 20 amp circuit, fitted with a properly grounded NEMA 5-15
outlet. A couple of precautions:
Make sure that 7.5A are available per DMW on the circuit.
Overloading the circuit
can lead to a tripped circuit breaker, or even potentially a fire.
Do not use an extension cord.
Extension cords are typically intended only for
temporary use
, and commonly do not have enough current capacity for high power
draws.
This can result in a fire

Do not modify the plug in any manner
. The DMW is outfitted with a NEMA 5-15 plug,
which provides for proper grounding of the system.
