Oscillator has reached operating temperature
LED 2:

TCR180PEX-EL does not receive a valid time code at the input
yellow:
TCR180PEX-EL is synchronized to a multi.ref. source
yellow/green (blinking): Holdover mode (Multi.Ref.), time code available
yellow/red (blinking):
Holdover mode (Multi.Ref.), time code not available
LED 3:
green:
Telegram consistent
red:
