Since the connections are different that when testing CT, the MRCT is only capable of test ing VT one
tap at a time.
After either selecting the number of taps or the individual tap selection, the secondary winding
resistance test is begun by selecting the blue play button.

6.1 File Operations
Selection of
File Manager, brings the user to the following tool bar

The toolbar is used to Open File; Close File; or Cancel. Selecting either Open File or Close File will open
the File Manager Dialog (see below)
