- The heater will switch on when the function selector is set to one of the four power set-
tings.
- Once the room reaches the required temperature, turn the thermostat dial slowly counter-
clockwise until the resistor switches off. The thermostat will automatically control the op-
eration of the resistor thus keeping the room temperature constant. The fan continues
working all the time.
- When using the heater for the first time, you may notice a slight emission of smoke. This is
quite normal and stops after a short time. The resistor is made of steel and was coated
with a layer of protection oil in production. The smoke is caused by the left oil when heat-
ed.
MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it from the socket and let it cool down.

The housing gets easily dirty. Wipe it often with a soft sponge. For very dirty parts, wipe
with a sponge dipped in < 50
˚
C water and mild detergent, then dry the heater housing
with a clean cloth. Be careful not to let water enter the appliance inner parts.

Do not spray water onto the heater. Never use solvents like gasoline etc. for cleaning the
heater in order to protect the housing.

Let the heater cool down first and dry it before storing it. Then cover it with a plastic bag,
put it in the original packing box and store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
