Reset Factory Defaults
Resetting the Matrix to factory defaults will erase all pairing
information and set the language back to the default setting of
English.
Follow the instructions below:
Press and hold the Volume up and Volume down
buttons simultaneously for 4 seconds while the Matrix is
turned on until the Matrix says “power on. Ready to pair.
Please connect with phone or computer.”
The Matrix will continue to offer voice instructions until a
device is paired.
