OPERATION
1.
Screw the paint container and air hose firmly on the spray gun.
2.
Suitable air pressure depends on the viscosity of the paint and the type of work. 3 to 3.5 bar is
suitable for most applications.
3.
A suitable distance between the spray gun and workpiece is 15
-20 cm. Inappropriate distance and
spray patterns produce inferior results.
4.
Adjust the paint flow and air flow knobs.
MAINTENANCE
1.
Steep the paint gun body in clean solvent and brush it clean.
2.
Dismantle the air cap and paint nozzle, dip them in solvent and brush them clean.
3.
Be careful not to damage the holes in the nozzles.
4.
Spray some solvent through the spray gun to clean the paint ducts.
5.
Adjust the needle seal while yo
u
squeeze the trigger and check how the paint needle moves. Do
not overtighten.
