NOTE:
The blades stop rotating when the clutch
handle has returned to neutral, but the
engine continues to run.
TRANSPORT WHEEL
• Lift up the transport wheel (A) when
rotavating.
• Lower the transport wheel (B) when
transporting the rotavator.

ADJUSTING THE DEPTH
The rotavating depth is adjusted with the depth
stop. There are three positions for the depth
stop, see figure 3.
MAINTENANCE
NOTE:
Switch off the engine and disconnect the
spark plug lead from the spark plug before
working on the engine.
• Keep the product clean, especially the fuel
tank and the engine.
• Lubricate moving parts with a eco-friendly
oil.
• Check the blades for wear and damage at
regular intervals.
• Service must only be carried out by
qualified personnel.
STORAGE
The following preparations are required for
storage of more than two weeks.
1. Empty the fuel tank of petrol.
2. Change the oil at the end of every season.
3. Remove the spark plug. Pour 20 ml of
fresh engine oil in the cylinder through
the spark plug hole. Pull the starter cord
slowly several times to distribute the oil in
the engine.
4. Replace the spark plug.
5. Clean the rotavator.
6. Store the rotavator out of the reach of
children and unauthorised persons in a
well ventilated area.
TRANSPORT
1. Empty the fuel tank of petrol.
2. Remove the cap from the spark plug.
3. Empty the oil tank when the engine is
warm.
4. If possible, transport the product in its
original pack.
