– Fully pressed switch = top speed for
drilling.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure not to stop the motor when
pressure is applied during drilling or
screwdriving.
DIRECTION OF ROTATION,
RIGHT/LEFT DRIVE
The direction of rotation is set with the selector
for right/left drive over the power switch.
FIG. 6
IMPORTANT:
Only change the direction of rotation when
the motor is off.
Screwing in screws
Set the right/left drive selector to right drive.
Unscrewing screws
Set the right/left drive selector to left drive.
Safety mode
Selector in middle position. The tool will not
start when the selector is in this position. Used
during pause or when changing bits and drills.
IMPORTANT:
Risk of over-screwing because the screw goes
in too deep. Pay attention to the screwing.
If necessary stop and screw the screw by
hand with a screwdriver. Test screw.
GEAR SELECTOR
Two different speeds can be selected with the
gear selector. The speed to use depends on the
material and the planned job, and can be first
tested on a sample piece.
FIG. 7
WARNING!
• Unintentional starting is dangerous.
Put the rotation selector in the middle
position when the tool is switched off.
This blocks the power switch.
• Risk of injury. Wear gloves when putting
drills in the quick chuck.
• Firmly tighten the quick chuck when
putting in tool inserts.
