The report designer window will open. Go to the file menu and select “open report”. Select
the report template saved in step 1.

After the report template opens, close the report designer window with the X on the right
corner. There is no need to save.

Back in the report options window, select the copy again and click the >> button (move
right).

Click Apply and close the report options. This report will now replace the existing report of
the selected type
