BED ASSEMBLY
Before assembly, examine each item carefully for shipping damage. If a part is found to be damaged,
DO NOT use. Contact your Dealer or Medline for instructions.
WARNINGS:
During assembly, DO NOT rotate the pull tube or the shaft of the motors; all motors
are adjusted to proper position prior to shipping. Rotation will lead to misadjustment
of motors which may cause frame damage.
DO NOT attempt to operate the bed controls until assembly of the entire bed is complete as
damage to bed components or personal injury may occur.
Bed Assembly Instructions in 8 Easy Steps
1. Connect head
section to foot
section.
6. Connect pull tube
to head section of
bed.
2. Straighten bed
assembly.
7. Mount bed rails to
sides of bed.
3. Connect bed
assembly to
headboard and
footboard.
8. Place mattress on
bed.
4. Connect center
drive shaft.
