TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
1. The device feels warm. Is this normal?
During normal operation, the Autoplus will be slightly warm to the touch. This heat is normal, and creates a thermal current that
will efficiently disperse the active oxygen throughout the vehicle. It does not mean the device is malfunctioned.
2. There is a “hissing” sound coming from the device, is this normal?
Yes, it is normal. The “hissing” sound is due to device is generating the active oxygen.
3. I have inserted the device into the vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket, but the LED light is not lit.
First, ensure the cigarette lighter socket is functioning. Then, make sure the Autoplus is securely inserted into the socket, and the
vehicle’s ignition is turned on. Lastly, make sure the switch is adjusted to Low/High mode.
If the LED light is still not lit, check if there is a “hissing” sound coming from the device. If there is a “hissing” sound, it mean the
LED light hasfused. The device is still functioning normally. If the “hissing” sound is not detected, contact your authorized
MedKlinn Service Centre.
4. The device is inserted and the LED light is no, but there is no “hissing” sound.
Contact your authorized MedKlinn Service Centre to have the device serviced.
5. I have dropped the unit. Is it safe to continue using it?
First, carefully check the whole unit to make sure there are no cracks or breaks externally and internally.
Next, check the glass tube of the cartridge to make sure it is not cracked or broken.
If there is any component damage, contact your authorized MedKlinn Service Centre.
