Operating Safety

Please follow the instructions on how to use your DVD Maker.

Keep the device dry and avoid any vibration, dust, heat or direct sun rays in order to pre-
vent operating failure.

Never open the device’s housing. This would void any warranty claims and possibly result
in the destruction of the device.

Do not allow children to play with electrical devices unsupervised. Children cannot always
recognize potential risks.
•
After the device has been shipped, do not operate it until it has assumed ambient tem-
perature. In the event of large fluctuations in temperature and humidity, condensation
may create moisture, which can cause the device to short-circuit.
Electromagnetic Compatibility
When connecting the device, you must comply with the guidelines on electromagnetic compa-
tibility (EMC). Keep a distance of at least 1 ½ feet from high-frequency and magnetic interfe-
rence sources (TVs, loudspeakers, cellular phone, etc.) in order to avoid malfunctions and loss
of data.
