Loading and unloading a disc

`

Open the CD compartment by pushing the 

OPEN

 switch 

on the right. 

`

Insert a CD with the labelled side facing up. Ensure that the 
CD snaps in place in the center. 

`

Close the CD compartment.

Do not open the CD compartment as long the CD is playing 
or rotating. Press 

STOP

 first.

`

To unload the CD, press down the CD fastener carefully 
and take the CD out.

Sound adjustment

Volume

Press 

VOL

– repeatedly in order to increase or de-

crease the volume.

The volume level is briefly shown in the display (1 – 32). 

Bass emphasizer – BSS

Press the

 button to cycle through the bass boost op-

To switch the device on and start 
playback at the same time, press 

PLAY/PAUSE
