Disconnect the charge cradle from the mains supply.
CAUTION!
The charger is designed to prevent overcharging.
Nonetheless, unplug the charger from the mains to
avoid unnecessary power consumption.
Charging battery in camcorder

Ensure that the rechargeable battery is inserted in the camcorder.
Connect the mini USB plug of the USB/AV cable to the camcorder
and connect the other end of the cable to a free USB port of your
computer.
NOTE:
The camcorder must be switched off for charging.

The charging process starts
immediately. During charging, the
red charger LED on the side of the
device lights up.

The charging time is approx. 2 ½
hours. When the battery is fully
charged, the charger LED is
switched off.
