Setting the date and time
NB:
The date and time must be re-entered after the base station has
been cut off from the mains.
Setting the time and date is important for various other functions,
such as the answering machine, alarm and for sending text
messages and e-mails, among other things.
In the “
Time/Alarm
” menu, select the “
Date/Time
” sub-menu with
“
Select
”.
Choose the “
Date format
” entry and confirm with “
Select
”.
Use the
arrow key to select the desired date format. Choose the “
Time
format
” entry and confirm with “
Select
”.
Use the
arrow key to select the 12- or 24-hour format.
Confirm the “
Enter date
” entry with the left control key “
Select
”.
Use the keypad to enter the current date.
Complete your entries with “
OK
”.
Choose the “
Enter time
” entry with the left control key “
Select
”.
Use the keypad to enter the current time.
Complete your entries with “
OK
”.
