Selecting from the directory
See Directory for setting up the List of Contacts.
Open the List of Contacts with the
key.
Select the required subscriber with
+/–
and press the Talk key.
Quick dial
The
2
to
9
keys of the telephones can be assigned with numbers from the
List of Contacts.
Then hold the key pressed down rather longer to select the
corresponding number.
Direct dialling
Direct dialling must be activated in the Telephone menu [Direct dialling].
You will need the PIN for this.
You will be able to select any previously stored telephone number by
pressing any key if direct dialling has been activated ( ‘Dir. Call ON.’ will
appear on the display).
The
MENU
key is not used for direct dialling. It contains the Menu
function.
Pressing a key for a short or a long time
The
BACK
, Talk, Receiver, List of Contacts
and
Int
keys must be
pressed for a short time to select the respective telephone number.
The Number keys, the Star, the Rhombus and the
R
key
must be
pressed for rather longer to select the respective telephone number.
