5.3. Fitting the carrying strap

Attach the carrying strap to the camera for ease of handling and
increased security.



Feed the strap through the eye.



Pull the other end of the carrying strap through the thin loop
of the strap and pull tight.

ATTENTION!

If you carry the camera by the strap, take care
to ensure that the camera does not bang into
anything.
While you are attaching the carrying strap,
place the camera on a stable surface so it
cannot fall down and get broken.

the lens

Remove the protective film from the lens before using the
camera for the first time.
