Language
In the
“SETUP”
menu, use the

Date display

Settings menu opens.
Select the desired setting using the

Frequency
In the
“SETUP”
menu, use the

buttons to select the
“FREQUENCY”
entry and press the shutter release. The
Frequency menu opens.
Using the

W
buttons, select the frequency of 60 Hz or
50 Hz (depending on your television) and confi rm your
selection with the shutter release.
