10. Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly, please refer to the troubleshooting table
shown below to see if you can resolve the problem yourself.
Never attempt to repair the device yourself. If a repair is necessary, please contact
our Service Centre.

11. Cleaning
Switch the headphones off and unplug the USB cable if it is plugged in.
Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the headphones.
Avoid the use of chemical solutions and cleaning products because these may
damage the device surface and/or markings.
