1 x 2.5mm Allen Key

2 x Snap Fit Base

1 x 2.5mm Allen Key
Attach the Short Keeper to the Snap Fit Base using the M4 washers and
fasteners.
Adjust the Short Keeper so that it aligns with the webbing. Tighten in place.
Press the Snap Fit Base onto the Frame Top Tube so that it aligns with
the Retractor webbing.
