Do not speak or move during measurement. Take your blood pressure always on the same arm,
failure to do so may account for significant differences.The time between two measurements
must be 3 minutes to allow for circulation recovery.The cuff fits normal adult arm size.
Measurement is not possible for people who suffer cardiac arrhythmia.Avoid electromagnetic
interferences caused by mobile phones, electric razors, microwave ovens, etc.Wrap the cuff
directly on the skin for accurate blood pressure and pulse measurements.
