A quick reminder
•
Make sure the blood pressure meter is within 10 meters of the mobile
phone.
•
Sit down and wrap the cuff around your left arm, about 2cm above
your elbow with the cord running down the inside of your arm to the
machine.
•
Press the ‘START/ STOP’ button on the blood pressure meter to take
your blood pressure.
•
Your blood pressure reading will be displayed on the meter, then it
change to display
C O2
. This means that your readings are being
transmitted to the phone.
•
Remove the cuff, and put the blood pressure meter away until you
next need to take a reading
