a. If you are not prompted to enter the default
login Information:

Power Down Your DSL Modem (remove the
power cable from the back of the modem).
x
Power Down Your Router (remove the power
cable from the back of the router).
x
Shut Down Your Computer.
x
Wait 2 Minutes
x
Power Up Your DSL Modem (re-connect the
power cable to the back of the modem).
Wait for the modem to fully restart (the
modem is fully restarted when the lights
have been blinking or solid in a steady
pattern for at least 30 seconds).
x
Power Up Your Medialink Router (re-connect
the power cable to the back of the router).
Wait 30 seconds for the router to fully
restart.
x
Turn On Your Computer.
x
Go back to Step 14 to Log In To The Router
Settings Page. If you’re still not able to Log
In, contact Technical Support for further
