insoles, please consult your doctor.
Instructions for care
• If the insoles need cleaning, clean them with a damp cloth.
• Do not use any solvents containing acetone to clean them.
• Do not dry your insoles on the radiator, do not expose them to other
direct sources of heat.
Information on the warranty, guarantee and liability
• The product is intended to be used multiple times by one patient
and is therefore not intended to be handed over to third parties. If
the insole is used to treat more than one person or is altered in an
incorrect manner, the product liability will be rendered null and
void.
• No claims on the guarantee may be asserted for any damages which
are caused by improper usage. Discolouration of the insoles does
not constitute the grounds for a complaint.
• The product identification mark on the insole is an important
component of the product. If you remove this identification from a
medi product, the claim to a guarantee, repair or exchange is
rendered null and void.

In the event of any complaints regarding the product such as
damage to the insole or a fault in the fit, please report to your
specialist medical retailer directly. Only serious incidents which
could lead to a significant deterioration in health or to death are to
be reported to the manufacturer or the relevant authorities in the
EU member state. The criteria for serious incidents are defined in
Section 2, No. 65 of the Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR).
Transportation and storage conditions
• The products must be stored in a dry place and out of direct
sunlight.

Insoles have a service life of 42 months. This includes the storage
life and the length of time that they may be used for. The length of
time that they may be used for is between 6 and 12 months,
depending on how much and how heavily they are worn.
