
You can record your performance in two ways: MIDI recording and Audio
recording.
MIDI Recording
In MIDI recording, you can record and save your keyboard performance
as a user song on the instrument. You can then play it back and save it to
a USB flash drive.
Prepare Recording
1.
Press the [REC] button to enter recording standby mode. The Record
button LED and the “REC” indicator will blink.
Note:
If a USB flash drive has been inserted, press and hold the [REC]
button to enter the Recording settings menu, then set the Record
Type to “MIDI”.You can select to save the MIDI recording to either the
internal flash memory or the connected USB flash drive. Please refer
to
Recording Settings
for details.
After configuring the settings, press the [REC] button to enter
recording standby mode.

In recording standby mode, you can set the instrument voice, song
style, tempo and so on.
3.
In recording standby mode, press the [REC] button again to exit
recording.
Start Recording
In recording standby mode, press the [START/STOP] button or simply
play the keyboard to start recording.The [REC] button LED and the “REC”
indicator stop blinking and stay lit.
Alternatively, you can turn on the Sync Start function, then play the
keyboard to start recording.
Stop Recording
1.
During recording, press the [REC] button to stop recording. The
Record button LED and the “REC” indicator will turn off.

If the memory gets full during recording, recording will stop and be
saved automatically.
Play back Recording
1.
During recording, if you press the [REC] button to stop recording, it
will enter Song mode and show the recorded song. Press the
[START/STOP] button to play back the user song.
2.
In standby mode, press the [SONG] button to enter Song mode, then
use the [+/YES]/[-/NO] buttons to select the user song. Press the
[START/STOP] button to play back the song.
Recording Settings
1.
Press and hold the [REC] button to enter the Recording settings menu.
2.
Use the data dial to select a parameter.
3.
Use the [+/YES]/ [-/NO] buttons to change the settings.
4.
After configuring the settings, follow the normal procedures to enter
Recording mode.
