2.3.1.Power On 

Press the Power Button (No. 5); there will be a short “beep” and all the 

LCD segments will appear for 1 second.  Afterwards, only the 

countdown clock will be displayed. 

 

The Clock shows the remaining time for treatment.  If some remaining 

time was left before you turned off the ​Luma​ from previous use, the 

remaining time will be displayed.   

 

2.3.2. Clearing Remaining Time 

To clear the remaining time on the ​Luma​

Turn the device off 

With the device off, press & hold the Power Button for more than 2 
seconds. 

The display should reset to 00:00 and enable setting of a new time 

2.3.3. Setting the Default Time 

Each ​Luma ​has a default time that is redisplayed after the clock reaches 
00:00 and the device is ready for another treatment.  To change the default 

time on the ​Luma: 

Press the reset button on the device (No. 10) 

Turn on the device 

Press the Timer Buttons (No. 6), (+) or (-) to set the default treatment 
time 

When the desired default time is displayed, press the Laser Activation 
Button (No. 7) to store the default treatment time
