Fix the machine:
The machine must be laid flat on the ground, fixed machine need to adjust the anchor
down, make the anchor bear the gravity of the whole machine, caster wheel off the ground
about 10 mm (note: six fixed anchor is fixed to the ground, to prevent the seat vibration
when the machine moving.
