The appliance should be opened only by authorized technical personnel, otherwise
the warranty claims would be lost. Any destruction by overloading, inappropriate
handling or disturbing outside influence likewise leads to the expiry of the warranty.
2. Positioning
The correct positioning of your loudspeakers according to international standards ensures the wanted
quality and can improve the impression of the sound in your listening room significantly
2.1 Stereo mode
The optimal position of two-channel operation is the so-called stereo triangle. The base width between
the speakers and their distance to the listening zone (= reference listening position) form an equilateral
triangle (stereo triangle). The listening distance should not be smaller than 2.0 m ( 6.6 ft ).
For a precise, three-dimensional sound image, turn the loudspeakers slightly into the direction of the
listening zone. Please refer to the graphical presentation.
Fit the height of the speakers to the listening level. Usually, the height of the ears is between 1.00m
and 1.20m (39 inch and 47 inch ) when sitting. We recommend using the especially developed original
stands.
Stereo triangle:
-Base width: 1.50m … 3.00m ( 5ft … 10ft )
-Wall distances at least 0.5m( 20 inch )
