Step 1: Remove the valve cap.

Step 4: Exhaust the remaining air by connecting

the pump hose to the air valve.

Step 3: Connect the pump hose 

onto the air valve.

Step 2: Press down on the pin to deflate.

valve and pump to extract air.

IMPORTANT

Do not point air valve towards face when 

inflating or deflating.
