Note: After the elastic straps are bound to Tube 9 (#9), slide
Tube - 10 (#10) into the sleeve of the Ball Return Net, then attach
it to Tube - 9 (#9) as shown in FIG. 12D. Fasten the Bolt (#14) with
the Allen Key (as shown in FIG. 12E) to finish this step.
