ONTRAINDICATIONS

 

FORBIDDEN  

Personnel who have not previously been informed and trained are forbidden from handling, installing, 
using and performing maintenance on the machine. 

It is forbidden to use the machine in an explosive (ATEX) or harsh atmosphere or  where there is a 
high concentration of dust or oily substances suspended in the air. 

It is strictly forbidden to use the machine out of the above limits. It is particularly forbidden to perform 
any processing adjustment or alteration to the machine if this should exceed the limits stipulated in 
this document. 

It is also forbidden to use the machine in the following conditions: 

 

If it is left exposed to the elements; 

 

With the safety devices excluded; 

 

With electric jumpers and/or mechanical means which exclude utilities, safety or protection devices of 

the machine itself; 

 

For processing of materials other than those specified in this document; 

Only personnel required by the production requirements are allowed to work on the machine during 
the work cycle.

XCLUSIONS

 

The EC Declaration of Conformity and use and maintenance instructions of this machine refer to the 
equipment  and  devices  listed  and  described  in  this  document.  Equipment  that  is  not  mentioned  is 
excluded from the liability of M.C.M. S.r.l.

HE OPERATOR

 

REQUIREMENT  

The operator (or handler) must be a diligent, responsible person who has understood and complies 
with the information in this document.  

The works manager of the operators must make sure that all personnel assigned to programming, 
operation,  maintenance  or  repairs  have  been  adequately  trained  in  order  to  operate  the  machine 
safely. 

Training must include:  

 

An  overview  of  the  applicable  safety  procedures  and  recommendations  provided  in  this  document. 

Knowledge of the signs on the machine; 

 

A clear definition of the tasks assigned. Training on the duties and procedures to be followed when 

performing the assigned duties; 

 

The identification and explanation of all the command and control devices of the machine and their 

relevant functions. 

 

The identification and explanation of the securing procedures  

 

The identification of the hazards associated with the tasks assigned and the method (including safe 

working procedures) to be protected from the identified hazards;  

 

The functional testing method or other ways to make sure the protections work properly
