Troubleshooting
Unit fails to heat up.
Steam output is weak or
intermittent.
Excessive amount of water in

NOTE: Unit produces wet steam
– it is normal for steam to
contain some amount of water.
Unit is not plugged in.

Point nozzle towards sink, tub or
ground and shake while pressing

excess water is released.

Accessories do not stay firmly
connected to Steam nozzle.
Accessories not properly installed. Check to make sure that acces-
sories are properly connected, per
procedures on Pages 8-10.
No steam but can hear pump.
Water Treatment Cartridge is dry.
Allow pump to prime water
through it.
Allow Water Treatment Cartridge
to soak in water for one minute
before installing into unit.
