12-1203 12V Heater
Operation
Heating
Operator controls speeds by selecting operation from dash controls.
Hot engine coolant enters the heater coil.
Blower Speeds
Low Speed:
12 volts are supplied to the yellow wire lead.
Medium Speed:
12 volts are supplied to the red wire lead.
High Speed:
12 volts are supplied to the orange wire lead.
Maintenance
The 12-1203 12V Heater is basically a maintenance free unit. Periodic cleaning of the coil is required dependant on dust
conditions. The coil can be cleaned by blowing low pressure air through the coil, or by using a vacuum. Electrical plugs and connections
should be checked periodically for clean contacts and cleanliness.
